At Drinky, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our water purifiers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and they will guide you through the process. Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Once we receive the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
